In December 2024 I did the first of these kind of portraits. To date I have now done seven of these. My past career as a spirit medium comes in handy with these. Through dreams or persistent nudges, loved ones in Heaven guide me to their relatives still living on the physical plane, and I offer to draw a portrait for them.
Some of these souls I have not even met in the physical world, but they clearly have something to say. I can feel them around me and guiding me with details of the drawing. It is a very personal experience and I can feel the emotion as I draw.
As these are private art pieces, I will only be sharing some of them, with permission.
This is Georgie. I never met her in the physical but her presence was strong and persistent, guiding me as to how to finish the drawing, what needed to be adjusted and even leading me into an op shop to buy a very unlikely mount, one I would never have considered. We found out several months later that she is actually a distant relative of John’s!
